Not much water today but easy hike.

What a great view and best of all its free. Just park on the side near the highway and walk over to see the falls. The view is outstanding and you can just sit, relax and just enjoy pure nature.

Short hike to a small waterfall at a wooden bridge. You also can see the Lake Tahoe at the end of trail.

Great hike but steep and a bit rugged; worth it with beautiful lake; go early as limited parking

It is hard to miss. If you google it, it is where it is supposed to be.
Yes
You can but it's very slippery just so you would know the snow is crazy very deep
If you're going for photos and scenery, any time is good, winter with snow arguably as summer with sunshine. Just be sure to dress appropriately. If you're going to hike or have an event, I'd wait till spring at the very least.
Yes
Eagle Falls is a waterfall, but I don't see why you couldn't take your dog. Be careful as there are steep drop offs and swift water. Edit: Apparently there is a trailhead nearby and someone commented below that dogs are allowed! So, happy pup hiking! 🐕

No, I don't think so.

Eagle Falls is definitely a jewel to experience. There is a bridge for pics and large rocks to sit on to enjoy the sight and sounds. I would hike this beautiful trail again for sure. Have fun🎉
The falls are a short distance, maybe 500 yards, if that. The lake is a full mile withh about a 400 foot gain in altitude. A lot of it is granite steps.
NO
We walk with 4 toddlers and it took us 20 min to the fall. The big loop would take more than 2 hours.
