Love this place! Been coming for years and the new owner is amazing. We went this morning on the 10am ride and he was very knowledgeable and had a good handle on the group, even with 4 horses having little kids on laps. Highly recommend! If you want more than a lazy walk, opt for the 9am 2hr ride where you can run the horses!

Such a great time! The time flew by SO FAST! The handlers were so great, we're firm but clear to the kids (and us adults) on how to ride and control the horses. The ride to the beach and back was fun and beautiful. Totally worth it.

Took my family of 5 out to ride horses for the first time and we all loved it! They did an amazing job instructing us and the horses knew what to do the whole time. Total cake walk. I highly recommend these guys

Had a great time one the hour ride down the beach. The wranglers were all very friendly, and knowledgeable about their horses. Brian was very attentive to his clients/riders and paid close attention for safety. Horses were all very calm, well behaved and friendly. Enjoyed our time, would come back again, and would recommend to anyone visiting Long Beach (even those with little riding experience).

There is only one 2 hour ride first thing in the morning (you have to be there at 8:30am) and it is $60.
It is not $30, I got billed $40/rider in my family. They never told me the amount at booking or when I paid.
Better call & ask just to be sure.
We didn't trot but give them a call and ask. They are very nice people.
Yeah pretty sure but the horses are very well tamed a 4 year old boy rode solo think they'll be fine
Yes reservations are preferred
A typical horse can carry around 20% of their body weight. So, if the horse is 1000 lb's, then the max limit would then be a 200 lb person.😁 It's just a general rule of thumb.
Yes how much is wight lifer ridet
No kids under 6 can't ride
Call and ask a manager would be a hit and miss depending on weather I suppose
Sundays they are open. They recommend to schedule it.
You have to stay in a group. To the beach u have to be in a line but one the beach u can spread out but have to stay together.
Yes, we purchased ours in advance. They were great! Just call them.
I believe they have a Facebook site. Google it.
Yes children can ride with parents. Seasonal, but if enough people they will schedule a ride, weather permitting.
Yes. It's one of the first few google search results.
No
I dont believe they close until the end of October
Cost was $30 per person for an hour. Not sure about toddler.
If by riding by yourself you mean without a guide with you, then no, they will not let you ride by yourself. They are typically open for a week-3 weeks in April for spring break and then for the summer starting in late May, early June.
You can check online and see if they have listed there season dates yet. Last year, they were open for a week or two in April for spring break, but I doubt that they will be open the last week of April. I believe their summer season starts in late May or early June.
6 and over must ride on their own. It would be $30 each for the one-hour ride
It depends on the length of ride and age of the child. It is $30 per horse, not per rider. Children under 4 MUST ride with an adult, children age 5 may opt for a solo ride or riding with an adult, and children 6 and over MUST ride on their own. There is a 2 hr trail ride option, but this is only for experienced riders and costs $60 per horse. I assume there is no riding double on this ride with a child as they trot and canter.
Depends on how long you are going for. Price for an adult and child are the same.
