I suggest you contact the 1-800 number and they would narrow down the postmaster at that facility. Pls.make sure you get a report number b4 the end of your call! B prepared2take notes of the conversation you have, obtain the name of whom you speak to& ask questions. I can't emphasize anymore in generating that paper trail and you should be able to speak to someone in that department. If you get a kind of person, in customer service, they should take your name and number and tell you "someone" shall be contacting you unless you ask direct questions such as myself....ugh.... to obtain important pertinent information so that you can find your lost item. Good luck! they also have a form 4 lost items so make sure you ask for that also and you should be able to obtain that from the website especially if they give you the specific form name and number that applies to the "form"!
Your best bet is to contact customer service and go through them. This place is massive and it would be impossible to locate anything without following it's path of scanning and delivering.

Is this where the bulk mail department moved that was on NW Hoyt. If not, anyone know where??
