Should have read the reviews. Attempted to mail thru this post office and package never made it there
Alex
Apparently the post office stopped delivering packages to our apartment complex due to package theft. However they haven't been leaving any notification we have packages available to be picked up at the office. I had a package sitting there for almost 2 weeks I had no idea about. They said the reason for not delivering packages due to theft but the worker at the window handed me my packages without verifying any form of identification I lived at the address on the packages. One of the packages I was given didn't even have my name on it and was for my roommate. Names and addresses are public record, anyone can go into the office and give my name and address and get my mail if the workers aren't asking for identification!

I'm not even sure if writing a review here will help but I've already spoken with the manager and reached out to USPS directly and none of my problems have been addressed. Of the last four USPS packages I was meant to recieve, none of them were delivered. The reason for nondelivery was either left blank or listed as I wasn't home (which was false for that particular delivery). They were all sent back to this particular location. When I requested redelivery the first time, the package mysteriously disappeared. I talked with my neighbors about this issue and they all had similar complaints. I now pick up my undelivered packages directly. As previously mentioned, I talked with the manager about this problem and nothing has been resolved. Today, I get to go pick up the fourth undelivered package and return another package that they delivered to the wrong address. I will never ship with USPS again and am looking into how I can make sure a shipper isn't using them before I buy.

I called this facility at 11:55AM on Wednesday November 30th, and they picked up immediately. My question was answered quickly and accurately: This USPS location allows you to drop off a package destined for Canada if you have already paid for the shipping online and labeled the package. I arrived at the facility around 12:30PM, and there was one customer ahead of me in line. The customer was going on and on to the postal worker at the window about how her mail was on hold, and that there's somebody looking for it in the back, but that it's probably in one of these boxes right here in the front. The postal worker remained calm and assured her that her mail was indeed in a box like these right here in the front, but that it was in the back, and that the other worker was going to retrieve it. The customer continued her unnecessary line of speculations, at which point the postal worker politely asked her if she could please help the next customer while the other worker got her mail. The customer moved aside, and it was my turn. I handed the postal worker the package, and just to double check, I asked her if they handle packages destined for Canada, since their sign indicates they do not handle international shipping. She confirmed what the other worker had told me over the phone: It's fine as long as I already labeled the package and paid for the shipping. She took my package and placed it in a mail cart that was almost full. I asked her if that was it, as I'm new to this international shipping thing, and she said yup, you'll be able to check on the progress online by the tracking number, and it will most likely be updated tonight after it is picked up. She was correct. The package is now in transit and I'm getting email updates at every stop. Josh Update: The package arrived at its intended destination in Canada in under two weeks without incident.

I'm not sure some banks do
No
I have gotten an answer before but its nearly impossible. Have to go there and ring the bell to talk to someone. Many times there is a line of people waiting to speak with someone on location. That's possibly why the phone doesn't get answered.
ZIP codes don't match city limits (fair enough considering city limits don't match... anything)
yes
This isn't opened 24hrs or on Sunday.
yes. see photos for drop off options, package drop and dutch door for larger items.
