Had Deans deliver a half cord of mixed soft and hard wood to Gresham area. I got a pile dumped in my driveway for $ 312.00 dollars. Their truck dumped some wood, a bunch of wood chips and a lot of bark debris in a huge mess. Deans wood scraps has made me not very happy! Who would be happy to pay over $300.00 for this ? *****update***** Spoke with company and they came back out to bring some more firewood that was actually logs not scraps. Dean's acknowledged the problem and corrected it.

We recently ordered firewood to be delivered from Deans. We could not be happier with our experience!! The customer service at every step was exceptional! When the truck arrived the driver was super friendly and even backed in our driveway to make it easier for us to move and stack in our garage. The wood was exactly what we had ordered and it even smelled good! We are warm and our family is enjoying quarantine around the cracking fire! Thank you Deans for making this time a little cozier!! They also sell landscaping materials and gardening soil! This spring we will definitely be ordering from them for our raised garden!! Highly recommend!!

We asked that all customers wear a mask and use the 6 foot rule as well as one customer in the office at a time. If paying with card we ask customers to read off the card numbers so there is little to no contact. Thanks, Angie
