Is it easy to walk for a really out of shape person?

The trail is very steep in places, and there are areas with quite a few steps. If an out of shape person is patient and brings a lot of water, they can do it. If a person is quite obese then I would say they run a good chance of injuring themselves by slipping on the way back down. For sake of conversation, a fit person can go up in 20-30 minutes. Generally healthy but out of shape, I'd say 40-50 minutes going up. I don't want to discourage any body. At least go and look at it, and take the trail as far as you're comfortable, then do a little bit more the next time :)
