If you are taking MAX, the Blue, Red, and Green lines all stop at 82nd Ave. Transfer to the 77 Broadway/Halsey bus headed toward Troutdale. Exit near 115th (about 8 or 9 minutes on the bus). HTM will be across the street.
Gateway shopping center/99th MAX is 25 min walk, could be faster than waiting for the bus depending on the hour. BTW there is a pretty good transit planner in Google maps itself :-) There are also good apps like "transit"
