Ok, I mostly go there for the self-service vacuums, but even then I forget to take my quarters with me and have to ask for change. The staff is super friendly - always. Paying attention to who is there, smiling, looking engaged and eager to help. It’s nice, gives the place a fun energy. And when I *do* get the car wash, it’s always way better than the basic drive-throughs because of the pre-wash care they give my car before the wash even starts!

Dry system is very poor, overall is old equipment, car is all wet, and you have to pay $1 for vacuum! What? All Kaady washes have free vacuum and much better equipment what's so special here?!

Been going here for 5 years and manager suddenly changed policy to not allow bike racks. Mine is difficult to take off and this is my neighborhood car wash. Manager explained it’s because it can hurt their equipment. Just note not to waste your time if you have aftermarket equipment on your car.

I used to go here because it was convenient, but I will never be returning. Last time I was there, the wash broke off a part of my car that they should be held liable for, but their employees on staff were very dismissive and flippant. When I reached out to corporate about it, they never responded. And the real kicker? My car didn't even come out fully cleaned.
