Staff was nice. Wish that when you submit a claim through insurance for replacement glass that it would tell you the approximate time it will take. I have had my windshield replaced several times (I used to live in AZ) and it would take maybe an hour, this shop however, says it takes 2.5-3 hours.. but, I guess when you monopolize it is what it is. 4 stars cause the staff was nice and helped reschedule my appt so they will go to my wife's work.

Inferior results. Typically expect approx.80% or more of the window crack to disappear after repair. The results of their service on a very small rock crack wasn't even close to normal results. 80% of the crack was still visible after service. Their guaranteed satisfaction is a farce. It doesn't exist. Avoid Safelite or at least this location or this franchise and any other location they own. Completely disappointed. I work hard for my money and it just felt like I received nothing. When I contacted them, they didn't care that their results were so poor. So sad. Take your car and your money elsewhere.

I will start off by saying that everything went very well with getting my windshield replaced. From the scheduling the appointment online, to the customer service while there, everything was great. That is until a couple of days later I realized that there were multiple scratches on the paint of both front quarter panels. My truck sat in the same place for those couple of days, therefore, there is no other explanation as to where these would have come from. I'm not sure if I'll be able to buff these scratches out or not.

🙂It is a real place. I had a passenger window replaced at their site. I know when I was there the receptionist was moving throughout the building passing along information to the techs. They do good work and were extremely helpful to me. I would keep trying back. Make sure you have the right number. 😊
No but someone is usually there by 7am or you could drop it off the day before and it will be pulled in overnight
Give them a call. If they can they will take you, otherwise give you next appt time.
