Best storage facility in Portland! It is a very nice, clean, newer facility with great rates. Jen the District Manager is so friendly and went above and beyond with all of my needs! Her communication and great personality are much appreciated! Kristian the Manager is also very friendly and has alway done an excellent job! 5 stars all around!

If we could do this over again … I would of chosen a different storage company! .The hours open are very inconvenient for me . Having to go into the office and ask someone to unlock bathroom anytime I need to use it is very inconvenient . This facility needs sweeping and cleaning of garage left behind daily , it is often trashy . The manager is very nice lady tho

Made three reservations and had trouble getting there twice. The hours on the door and the hours on the website are not coincide with the hours of the business is actually open. I went there it was supposed to be open at 8:00 I got there at 9:00 and they did not show up to 11:00. Saying at 10:00 was actually the time they are to open. But it was definitely worth it I got my first month free a nice place 10 by 5 for only $59 a month! Young lady that worked there was very pleasant she gets she took her time answering my questions showing me the unit. Very helpful! I'm sure my time here it's going to be pleasant. I just wish they would extended their hours so they wasn't closing at 6:00 hard to get off your job and go to your storage.

I was moving out of my college dorm and going to store my stuff here for a month before my new apartment opened up. I had already paid in full earlier in the week and received a tour of the facilities. I arrived on Friday at 3:30 and nobody was in the front office. I was given the wrong gate/elevator code to get in and was on the phone with their corporate office in Phoenix for 2 1/2 hours before I was able to actually get into the building. When I got to my storage unit, it had a padlock on it and I didn’t have a key to it and nobody was on site to unlock it for me. Ended up having to pack all my stuff in my dad’s truck, which barely fit, and drive out of town since I had to be moved out of my dorm by a certain time.
