I checked in at 12:20 pm for pick up appointment of 2:30 pm I was assigned a door in 20 minutes and got loaded in less than 1 hour They do a lot of ID and driver verification at check out no problem what so ever

The office lady's are really disrespect 😤 and I talk to them they're chilling and laughing and I been here from 1:00pm till 9:00pm guys for all drivers do not come here this is my advice to you

There were trucks parked on the street in front. They have guards and gates so you probably can't stay inside the fence.
