Great employees clean facility except they have a rodent problem and they have an access problem it is difficult to access your storage unit and the hours that you’re told you can access and for some reason nobody can figure out how to make it not be a problem anymore

I had a good experience the other day. I was pressed to get a storage unit to store my new couch. Jamie helped me through the whole process and she did a wonderful job. The next day I needed to go back to put my own lock on my unit. The on site manager was there, can't recall his name. But he helped me get to my unit and told me few more rules and did a great job too. I have nothing but praise for the crew at NW Self Storage.
