Update: As always, Katie is wonderful but, poor thing, seems to have some clients who do not listen or follow direction well. She runs a tight ship and it shows. This storage is one of the cleanest. Went to 72nd and Halsey and spoke to Katie about renting a unit. Didn't need much and Katie was very knowledgeable, friendly and addressed all of my questions and concerns with a smile. I was VERY pleased with my visit and ended up getting a 5x5. Thanks Katie! I look forward to doing business for a long while!

Highly recommend. Katie, the site manager, is awesome… she couldn’t have been nicer. I rented online and once I arrived, she took me to my unit and showed me around. The building is nice— sparkling and new. Great price and no contracts with a time commitment. Can’t ask for any better than that!

Katy, a staff member at the NE 72nd location is incredible! She helped me during some very tumultuous and challenging times in my life and I honestly felt at home as I was utilizing the building. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful and kind Katy was during a time when I needed a comforting and supportive person to help me out. She went above and beyond in all ways. Highly recommend utilizing her building for your storage needs!
