The frost desk staff was very helpful and assisted me in procuring a storage unit that would suit my needs that day. They weren't even from that specific storage facility. That just tells me that specific individual cared about their job. I loathe that Extra Space takes up valuable resources for other places of living or even blank space, but needing storage for just one month, I guess I went with the devil I knew.

Cody K has been very friendly and helpful with my Extra Space Storage experience. This is my First time storing items with Extra Space and Cody took the time to answer all my questions and work with me. I’m a Military Veteran and I can tell when someone takes pride at their job. I've been using this place for almost three years and they are reliable and honest. My bill started at $112 and two years later it had gotten up to $130 when I stopped by the office to get an update on the security codes I mentioned my rate increase and the man working at the time immediately went into the computer and figured out a way to reduce my bill. Thank you Cody, your sincere desire to do good for people has not gone unnoticed.

I have been with this storage company for over a yr. I have never had issues with my rental unit and when I came across times it was difficult to pay I was given many great options/solutions that would help me pay my bill in time before losing my belongings. Even though my favorite ladies are no longer there,with extra space I will say I experienced excellent customer service and a welcoming friendly atmosphere! I am glad to say the team now is just as capable and I love that I can trust and feel reassured my things are secure. I'm glad I chose this location & company!!! You can get in all day long but you probably will not see anyone working here anymore I don't know what happened but the employee is not doing there job anymore it's filthy and he is rude walks around with a clipboard checking off the things he is expectied to do but instead
Update they have jacked up my rate twice to almost double the original cost so plan on moving out or paying twice the amount agreed on originally.They were reasonable they tried hiking the rent up on me by 20% after just 2 months here and I told them don't even try you can't hold people belongings as collateral when they have only been there 2 months all those people that just let them get away with that w well you should think about that they have you move all your belongings into a unit then jack the price up on you so you can't afford the rent then they make the big bucks selling your unit off at auction and I have it from on the inside they are getting unbelievable amounts of money for your stuff it's unreal online auctions and people are buying your stuff for ten times what they charge you for your rent or more sometime 25 times your monthly rent so you tell me do they have motivation to
