So far, this isn’t great and I haven’t even moved in yet. Completed the reservation and payment steps online. Wasn’t disclosed ahead of time that they required you to purchase additional insurance. Made me pay for everything *halfway* through the process, before ID, before even *seeing* the lease agreement. Required me to input what I was storing, which is noone’s business, I had already answered questions that I wasn’t storing a vehicle or anything that had a lien on it. It was confirmed multiple times through the process that I would be sent a unit number and access code since I’d already paid and completed the lease agreement online, including the very last step where it asked if I would like my unit number and access code texted to me. THEN I’m told I STILL have to go into the office, with the ID I’ve already verified and go through everything AGAIN before I’ll get my unit number OR access code. I’m seriously unimpressed so far, all of this is both incredibly shady practice and not the “convenience” I paid for. Oh, and they MAKE you purchase THEIR lock up front, whether or not you have your own, but it’s “okay” because you can take it back to them and get a refund. If I get ANY more issues when I go to move in, I’ll be getting a refund and ditching this place.

Amazing customer service and prices. I just got my unit today I will update in a couple months but so far it’s been great highly recommend! Sasha is so nice♥️ update: I closed my storage unit last month but still highly recommend this place super friendly staff!

Just moving in but so far I’m impressed with the friendly customer service, the level of security, the cleanliness of the units and the rates are wonderful. Everything is new and high tech. I’m happy and will probably empty my other storage and bring everything here.

Sasha the manager is an absolute nightmare. We rented a unit and arranged for an appointment at 3pm to sign documents, per their covid requirements. We showed up right before, to a sign saying they were at lunch. At 3:05pm, we watched Sasha waddle by with a look of absolute disdain. We then watched her in the locked lobby ready her lunch, completely ignoring us for the next 30 minutes. Not once did she acknowledge us waiting for her at the front door. She finally opened the door at 3:45pm. As soon as we walked in she literally started screaming at us. We tried to tell her someone even had called yesterday and confirmed our appointment. She screamed at us that it wasn’t her fault, it was a different manager. At which time, we asked her to stop yelling. She told us our unit had been cancelled and to leave. If this is the management here, maybe we dodged a bullet? It’s a nice location but so are the other 10 storage units on Columbia blvd who make renting a lot easier and aren’t as angry as this miserable chick (we asked her name but have little faith Sasha was the truth). We would have loved to do business with these guys. The right course of action would have been to just apologize for the internal miscommunication (instead of blaming us), have us sign the papers and you would have had our money. Instead, you have a one star review and our disdain for secure storage. UPDATE: please do not believe the management response below, it is a lie. No part of this was regarding a technical issue. Screaming at your customer has nothing to do with a technical issue it is an emotional maturity and professionalism issue. We had nothing scheduled for the next day. Even if it was a technical issue, the response should have been "sorry, it wasn't listed but I'd be happy to take care of you." We did have a regional manager from California reach out today. We are hoping for a resolution to turn this negative situation around.
