Bought here for years. They took my order, but then later said they could no longer sell to me because I didn't have enough volume. Why not fill my last order and then tell me you can no longer service my company. So dumb, bad business practice.

I established an account and always paid on time. I had a return and asked for a credit on my account Guttermans refused to credit my account instead they wanted to hold my money for my next purchase. They were not only steadfast in this policy but were very rude in the process. I decided to close my account to get my refund. When I returned to Guttermans to purchase some other items they refused to fill my request because I had elected to close my account and did not want to sell to me on a cash basis. This of course is their choice however they were extremely rude,"the order desk manager" quit rudely and loudly told me I wasnt welcome in his store and to take my business elswhere. Fortunatley they are not the only game in town. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and whom ever reads this review will be spared the humiliation I expeirinced. On a more positive note Victor always treated me well and was knowledgeable

If your in a hurry, they are not. However thru have anything and everything you need gutters. I agree with the other reviews completely. And they make extremely good gutter parts. And the parking... forget about parking.

Worst customer service ever. I gave specific detailed instructions for custom flashing. They got it wrong and would not correct their error, blamed me for everything. When talking to the "manager" everything I said was twisted to suit his side of the argument. Obviously he has traveled this road before. By his own statement he claims to employ minimum wage employees who are paid to push a button and not to think. When I rebutted his comment with " you should hire people that can do the job and pay them a decent wage, he kicked me out of the store pointing to the "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone' sign hanging on the wall. Clearly they have pulled this dirty deed before. I will not recommend this company to anyone. If I hear of someone thinking of going to them for any reason I will, in the strongest terms possible, suggests they do business with a reputable business instead. These folks are crooks.
