Update- the Billing staff here told me themselves of the "new patient fee" when I called them about the bill. I am not confused about the insurance billing. **BEWARE** They charge a $400 new patient fee!!!!(you will pay more if you have insurance) When I walked in to the front desk I asked "HOW MUCH FOR MY VISIT?" The response was $97.00(nothing about a $400 new patient fee- even while handing me new patient forms) from the front desk after they went and checked. Perfect. I gave my insurance and filled out paperwork and had a seat. I went in for a sore throat/wanted some tests and they did not inform me of this "new patient" fee they charge EVER. Also they told me I had allergies and it turned out I had COVID-19 (after going somewhere else)// they never even tested or recommended I take a covid test- super irresponsible. There are many other cheaper/ BETTER options for care. Only go here if you do NOT have insurance and need a place to go that will be $97 // if you have insurance they will try and take more money from you. You have been warned*****
