DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - they are THIEVES. They cheated us with a price, after assembling everything in the truck they charged another price, the things did not arrive for another month and because we had to agree to pay even more, when they arrived everything was open and damaged, they only receive cash or Venmo / Zelle So you can not claim later . It is a total ROBBERY AND ABUSE, I don't know how someone like its owner can sleep knowing that he is stealing and knowing the damage he causes to people, If you realize the 5-star reviews are false, they pay for it. They are so fake that they don't even have a truck in their company name. Terrible

Worst company in the history of movers. Their entire business model was built off of a scam. Once you send you deposit via zelle you can kiss your belongings, time, and money goodbye. Their management and even the company owner, Shawn are nothing but liars and cheats. It's been weeks and no one can tell us when our things will be arriving to our new home. Disgraceful.

I beg whoever reads this to take as a fair warning to stay away from this company. Our experience moving was worse than any nightmare you could imagine. To highlight some of this companies disgusting attributes would include: 1. Constant changing of deadlines. Our things were supposed to be delivered within 10 days of pickup, 1 month later and nothing. 2. Constant changes of pricing. Once they take a deposit and collect your belongings. It's a constant game of them holding your items hostage until you agree to pay more and more money. The owner Shawn is a snake of a business ess man. DO NOT ZELLE HIM. 3. Customer service is a waste of time. From pickup to delivery they were not able to answer where our things were or when they would be arriving. These people should be in prison. Please take this as a warning. No one should be treated like this.

Scheduled to be picked up on Wednesday evening they never showed up even after I called at 9pm and was told they'll be there in 3 hours. Called the next morning and was told they'll come at 11am but they came at 1pm. My estimate verbal and written was $394 and the ended up charging me $1143 even after I reduced the listed items by 3 TV and 5 boxes. I had to outline every item and gave details of the old and new locations ( just 20 min away)I packed everything myself including wrapping my own beds. My dining table was not dismantled they scrached it by taking it whole. Several plates were broken along with other items as they was no care given. They only had to partially assemble one bed. I had to pay cash before they offloaded. They didn't apologize for having me stay an extra night at my old place (for a cost to me).
