Just witnessed cashier take a fry out of the front counter bins with her bare hand and eat it.. I wouldn’t consider eating here unless you don’t care who could be sick.. Long wait for door dash order, for items that weren’t ready as I see people leaving drive thru faster than in store.. Took her 5 mins to finally notice I was standing there to pick up someone’s order & then Finally acknowledged me.. All bojangles have gone downhill anyway they’re super slow, super unprofessional all just to get paid and not actually have to do a little decent customer service. This location needs Gordon Ramsay bc it’s depressing AF. If you hate your job.. quit and go somewhere better but please do some actual customer service/hygiene classes before you get hired on somewhere where you can make money AND be happier at your job. Simple! 🤷

Went to Bojangles this morning and stood in line for at least 15-30 minutes drive thu was wrapped to the road and there was at least 15 other people waiting to get there order take as well but they only had at least four employees working at that point just only do drive thu if you can't handle the inside customers. But anyway I ordered a side of eggs,bacon,and a side of grits come to find out they don't serve grits at this location, if you are going to be a southern fast food restaurant the one thing people want the most is grits and I love grits. It took them another 10 minutes to get me my order.

Staff is horrible and foods cold. I can almost guarantee something in your order is going to be wrong. Drinks didn't even taste right

.... What? What happened at Bojangles that I missed
When I went there on Apr 16 at around 530 pm the lobby was closed to everyone but delivery drivers.
Don't go to this location especially if your White they will call you cracker at every other racist word they can think of they are very disrespectful to their customers even when their customers are right. We have went there several times and every time we order gravy biscuit and every time they are watered down. This morning we went there. The gravy was watered down my husband returned it to the door because you can only use drive through and we were treated poorly because we did not want to eat it. I don't think my husband or I or anybody else should have to eat water down gravy I don't care what cost you're trying to cut you shouldn't get your food like that.. again they were very rude disrespectful one of them even went out of their way to flip us off. The police were called. They didn't want to give us a receipt.
