You can...but you can also walk in..
The owner is William chan and the restaurant is Viet-cajun. The seafood taste like regular seafood though. I had no idea it was asian themed.
I saw fried shrimp on their fried menu portion. I recommend the popcorn shrimp. They were amazing with the cocktail sauce.
No not buffet style. But the portions are awesome, and you can mix and match as you like.
