I ordered quick pick up as I can not use the drive thru (my driver's side window does not work) When I got there the "lady" kept motioning for me to go to the drive thru. I tried to explain to her thru the locked door, I couldn't. Then a nice gentleman came out to a car waiting for him to hand over/give a young child to the people in a waiting car. I asked him to explain my situation to the "lady" inside. As he is smoking a cigarette, he told me "the best thing I could do was walk to the drive thru window". I did. When I told her my car situation she said "they were short staffed and were not opening the door and I needed to get over it". I said a few nasty things, I will admit. But mind you there is a man Outside smoking a cigarette. Really?!! I Will Never Go Back To That KFC Again. Ever!!! The whole purpose for me making the online order was so I could go INSIDE to pick it up. She was very Rude and never even listened to my explanation.
