We could not have had any better compassion, courtesy and professionalism than we received from Tazzney following my mother’s difficult passing. Her kindness, attention to detail and keeping us informed of every step was 110%. There were some scheduling issues going on within our family and she handled all of them with grace. We have worked with Lincoln Memorial in the past and have always been more than pleased with their services and especially so with Tazzney. One of the comments that really comforted me was when she said she would make sure that my mother (ashes) would get there (Willamette National) safely. We are so appreciative of everything that she and the rest of the staff did to make this as stress free as they possibly could.

My mom had already paid for her funeral and casket ahead of time, which made it much easier for my sister and I to meet with Bailey at Lincoln Memorial. Planning ahead helped us know what my mom's wishes were when she passed. We were treated with respect and caring when we went to the funeral home to make arrangements. My mom was well taken care of. Everything was explained if we wanted to do more for my mom. I appreciate all the concern that was given to us. Bailey kept in constant contact with us and allowed us to have a nice service for my mom. We didn't feel rushed and had time to plan and call friends and family. I am thrilled with the staff at Lincoln Memorial and will make sure I plan ahead for my funeral for my children. Lincoln Memorial has always taken good care of my family since the 1940s. Thank you.

Lincoln Memorial has been used by my family for years, but recently I had to request their help in my Mothers death. I found Cristina/director extremely helpful from beginning to end. Her continued support was so appreciated and heartfelt. Excellent experience.

I cannot express well enough our Deep Gratitude for Olivia at Lincoln Memorial and her help throughout the entire unexpected loss of our granddaughter, Jade. Olivia went above and beyond in every way possible, including finding the perfect place for us to rest her little body. She also worked very effectively with Mt. Scott Funeral Home, where Jade had been taken to from the hospital, including helping to determine which casket would be best for her burial. The Graveside Service was held on-site, and was just beautiful. Olivia did such a great job helping, directing, and waiting so respectfully. She made a really difficult situation much more bearable. Olivia also encouraged us to have everyone that wanted to write notes to do so. So following the Service, and prior to the interment, everyone was invited to write notes to the family, to Jade, or both, and the ones for Jade would be placed in the grave with her. This was very special for everyone, and the perfect touch. So thoughtful and we are so glad she suggested it. To Olivia, and her Manager that also helped with all this, Thank You So Much from the bottom of our hearts! 5 Stars for the Exceptional Service, and especially for helping to find the Perfect Resting spot for Jade. We are So Grateful!! We also appreciate the temporary Marker they had made and put in place right away, so that Jade's grave would be marked while waiting for the large Marker to be manufactured. If I could change anything, it would be to allow outside catering to bring in refreshments for guests following services. The refreshments served (which were all they would allow), were not good, unfortunately. They were dry and seemed days old. The room was nicely set up, though. Olivia did a Great Job taking everything from the Graveside Service up to the Reception Area, and setting it up again. She also had nice music, and plants that were displayed, which delivered a serene ambiance for everyone to visit after the service, which was appreciated. The other thing I would change is their handling of Memorial Stones, especially because their design selection is so limited, and they charge an extra $450 if you design it yourself (which is necessary, given their limitations). Altogether, they wanted to charge More than DOUBLE the price of what we ended up purchasing the Memorial marker for, from Affordable Family Memorials. Please see related review for Affordable Family Memorials, as I recommend getting your stone from them. They are professional, quick, do not charge for custom work (and they will customize the art as well), and it will $ave you a Lot of money. Affordable Family Memorials not only makes the stone, but they set it at the Cemetery as well, and that fee is included in their pricing. It felt like at this point of the process (picking a marker), Lincoln was just greedily preying on the grieving. Up until that point though, their Incredible Service had been Spectacular. We are grateful to Lincoln Memorial for all they did well, and we are grateful to Affordable Family Memorials for the marker. I highly recommend them both!
