As usual, adequate handicapped parking, and the staff are very professional as well as courteous and are smiling. If they can help you with anything, like water or a mask they certainly will. I have never had a negative experience at Butler county housing authority.

If your family member moves from Maple Court with NO health issues, it will be a Miracle. Mold, paint peels off the walls from mold, stained ceiling tiles in bathroom, constant foul stench of trash in Zelienople bldg. They do not clean residents furniture in common areas. Their pest control is non-existent and they do not deal with it.

I just moved into a place ran by housing authority. Its not bad. Depends on where you go. I live in Butler pa. They are really affordable if you are low income
