Can I just say that I got screwed by not one but two Door Dash drivers. The first driver took my food and didn't report picking it up. The other driver caught wind of the situation and said he would "cancel" the order. Instead he drove to the house and took a picture of the street to claim the tip that I had input on the app. Through this whole ordeal Anna the manager got to the bottom of the situation. She got my order remade with 15 minutes of the restaurant closing. What a FREAKING gem Outback has in Anna, at the Glen Burnie MD location. Outback corporate, I hope you're listening. Don't let her slip through your fingers. Anna has made me a loyal and lifetime customer. If I ever opened a restaurant, I would steal her from you. In an age where workers are hard to find/keep, this is the best experience I've had since the pandemic started. I hope you give her a well deserved raise. The determination and professionalism she exercised to make the dilemma right was above and beyond what I would ever expect. You're newly loyal, lifetime and favorite customer Michael Harris

The food at this place was pretty good but what was AWESOME was the SERVICE, particularly our waiter Trey. This young man was everything you would want a waiter to be and then some. Very professional, very friendly and very much eager to make sure our visit was the best it could be...and it was. He was so good that my family and I had to let his manager Anna know how impressed we were with his service and she too had a wonderful personality. It's so hard to come by that level of professionalism and friendliness these days but he (Trey) was excellent. If there is some sort of reward given by the company, he surely deserves it. My family and I want him as our waiter every time we return and, thanks to him. we will.

I got dinner curbside from the GB Outback, the order taker & the kitchen got everything right. The steak grilled just as requested, the chicken & shrimp Alfredo was awesome. Salad good - fries hot! I got the blood orange crush to go - it was delicious too. Great job Outback!!!

Service was prompt and friendly. Food was excellent. The meat on the ribs just fell off the bone with ease, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The new fondue flight was also a surprise, hopefully it sticks around. Specifically the butter cake was nice surprise.
