We purchased a new living room set and our salesman Sung was fantastic. Not only was he involved in the purchase but we was in contact with us along the entire process. In our case we had one minor issue after delivery and Sung went above and beyond to make things right. Great experience!

We went into Value City in Glen Burnie not knowing exactly what we wanted. Salesman Mike introduced himself and gave us time and space to look around. We found something we liked for a great price, but went to check Ashley Furniture just in case. We were in impressed with the styles and prices there, so we came right back! We found Mike and he quickly took care of us as we made our purchase! Super friendly and personable, and was very responsive when I needed to make a slight change to my order after leaving the store! A little bummed about the delivery time (a little under 2 months), but willing to wait for the only couch that spoke to me. Can’t wait to see it in my space. Would 100% recommend this location and Mike as your salesman!

And our family can’t thank him enough very professional and very patient with not only us but our little one who was all over the place would recommend him a million times !! We are so in love with what we chose exactly in our price range !!! He also didn’t follow us around like most sales people he let us take our time and let us figure it out which was also comforting in the process thank you again sung !!!

My experience at VCF was really wonderful. It had been quite a long time since I bought furniture so I really wasn't in tune with what the styles were today. My visit included me walking around the store for over an hour trying to figure out what I liked. However I was not left alone, Sonia came and found me. She walked me around the entire store patiently and helped me understand how the furniture industry at changed and how the styles changed and it wasn't long before I was able to widdle down the 2 choices. She gave me pictures of my 2 choices and I went home and thought about them. When I came back still unsure, she was still there to help me. Great customer service from Addreanna and Sonia sealed the deal. I picked a beautiful set that I love! Icing on the cake: I brought my mom in to get her opinion and Sonia treated my mother like family. You can't ask for better than that. I will be referring my friends to VCF in Pasadena!
