We went to the store looking for a twin size bed and ended leaving with a full size bed and a queen size bed. The prices are absolutely amazing and Morgan our sales lady was so helpful and very patient with my two young kids. This experience was easy and great will definitely return for future purchases.

Mark Johnston greeted my mom and I and from the time we walked in, he has been really helpful. He explained where all of the recliners were (which is what we were looking for). He ran down the delivery options, plan protection and what it entailed. He also ensured that if we needed anything in the future, we could contact him. I would definitely recommend someone to Mark as he has stellar customer service from beginning to end!

Wish I could give lower than one star! Here's a summary of my experience. 2/12/22: My husband and I purchased a sectional. 2/18/22: Sectional delivered. We discover that we were charged for the wrong pieces. I spent an hour on the phone, where a customer service rep attempted to charge me a 30% return fee. I think all is resolved. 2/21/22: My husband spent another half hour on the phone sorting things out, they tell us a delivery will be scheduled within the week. I again think everything is resolved. 2/25/22: A delivery call was never made, so I called again where a customer service representative tried to charge me more money. I went to Regency in person, and sorted things out for a 3/4/22 delivery. I again think everything is resolved. 3/3/22: I did not get a call with a delivery window for 3/4/22, so I called and the customer service rep tells me that my order is already closed and marked as delivered! I had to call Regency back AND my husband had to go to Regency in person to sort out a 3/4/22 delivery. 3/4/22: The wrong piece to complete my sectional is delivered. I went to Regency in person to see what happened, now awaiting a phone call that I doubt I'll get. It's comical at this point. I asked for my money back and for them to take back the pieces I do have, but was told, "Well, you'll have to call corporate for that." The common denominator here is that I am always the one that had to reach out to correct THEIR mistakes. My husband and I both felt that Terrence was the only one that took the time to listen, understand the issue, and try to resolve it. Thank you Terrence! I regret shopping here and it's been nothing but a headache from start to ~not even finished~. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, stay away from this awful place. I would like to personally call out Morgan the salesperson, Henry the customer service/management person, and Sharon from corporate as the people that made this experience terrible.
