Security Public Storage in Portland is quite a large facility with storage units arranged in a maze designed to change anyone who is directionally or numerically challenged. Maps are readily available and recommended. That said, it is immaculately clean, easy to access, and the people in the office are quite helpful, efficient, and friendly. The location is very near to downtown, but in a low-traffic area; unfortunately, one needs to pass through a homeless encampment, but then again, it is easy to borrow a grocery cart from the folks to help with your moving.

Excellent experience. Thom helped prepare a quote and was responsive when I asked for last minute changes. The team arrived right on time and was incredibly efficient. The move ended up costing much less than the estimate! (I'm sure that isn't always the case, but I was happy about it nonetheless). Strongly recommended

Manager Adam was super friendly & helpful. I called needing a unit unexpectedly and got one day of. Unit is clean, facility is clean, easy parking, Adam helped when I first brought things, wheeled carts easily accessible to bring things to your unit. Security is very obvious so it felt safe to put my stuff in my unit and go there alone as a woman. Highly recommend if you need a unit!
