The drive-thru seemed to be in very good order. They also did well answering a couple of questions. I needed to know what time they closed which by the way is either 11:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. and had to comment on the fact that chicken quesadillas are too expensive and five layer burritos with a tortilla as one of the layers is not cool. In fact those two things are what brought the Stars down to three but the response from the window guy brought it back up to four.

There is absolutely No human interaction you have to use a damn computer to order your food. The food took forever to get, had to go up to the counter a few times because they messed up our order. Had to ask for our drinks. The manager was super nice and was working in a ton of different places trying to keep the place running better. We were ignored by all the workers behind the counter except for the poor manager. It's sad that there is no personal connection, makes me not want to return.

I'm only visiting here in Portland for the next few days.. drive thru was slow but I enjoyed the down time.. got food order and didn't bother to check bag.. Why??!!! That's on me.. as much as I enjoy a soft taco supreme every now and again it just tastes better when you put the sauce on it that you asked for.. no sauce, no napkins. How do you eat a taco without sauce and without making hella mess???!! I appreciate all who were working. Thank you. It isn't easy anymore.. especially when no one is running with full staff.

They do the best that they can, but overall if they could work on having the food more tidy. Keep up the hard work! To be honest just came back from an order and needed to switch out a ingredient from an item before asking for an option at the speaker rushes me to the window. To be honest wouldn't care if she would charge me extra for the ingredient but the fact for their disregard for customer service made me feel that I need to let you guys know. This is our customer service

Because they are unprepared. If you make any special requests it typically takes longer. The Johnson creek location usually has it together. This may have just been an unfortunate situation.
Because Taco Bell doesn't have enough workers someday they are open and someday they aren't!
I hate to keep saying this but short staffing is causing a lot of businesses to have inconsistent hours. I do definitely share the frustration!
I am not aware of it's closure. It should be open as far as I know

The lobby closes at 10 p.m.
I work at this particular Taco Bell and I am sorry to say that we will no longer be offering the seeds we are only using the ones we currently have in stock but after that they will no longer be offered to my knowledge. (this is my personal opinion it does not represent the opinions of Taco Bell and/or its affiliates)
