The drive through window is suppose to be for quicker service. Why does it take more than 20 minutes to get food at this window..!!!

Because they are unprepared. If you make any special requests it typically takes longer. The Johnson creek location usually has it together. This may have just been an unfortunate situation.

Johnson Creek Blvd location is a super busy spot no doubt! I commend anyone who attempts to take on a managerial position at this location. Not only is there a high turn over in staffing, there is a large presence of our city's homeless community that tend to congregate there, because it sits along the Springwater Trail, where many call it their "home". It's got to be difficult to balance the crowds, the drive thru lines AND the busy restaurant. Just sayin'... And taking all of that into consideration, if 20 mins were all it took from drive up to drive out...thats a pretty lucky strike for you!! 😂 I've waited 45 mins while stuck in the drive thru line, unable to do much of anything but wait...

Go-to the new taco bell off 82nd and Monterey next to Wendy's...it is a brand new location and the staff and store are fast and a whole lot different then Johnson creek ...at this location they are prepared and it is faster and better service....besides at Johnson creek the employees are rude and don't care about anything...the new location is a breath of fresh air...go to this store because it is simply the best and outshines

As an employee of this particular branch I can say that we try very hard to be fast and courteous but we are short staffed and when that happens it's a matter of speed or accuracy. We do care about customers but in the rush of things it may seem differently. (these opinions are my own and do not represent the opinions of Taco Bell and/or its affiliates)

This location has a history of staffing problems. The lobby has shut down early a number of times for what they say is short staff. This causes the drive-up line to be extremely long and slow.

They are understaffed most of the time, even when they aren't they are training new people. They have a new assistant manager named Chris that is very fast and very accurate if he isn't working on your order it will be slow
