Why can't you be open when you say that you're open this is like the 4th fifth time that I've come and it's 10:40 a.m. in the morning and you're not open and but online it says you're open and drive-thru says you're open can you answer me that

I hate to keep saying this but short staffing is causing a lot of businesses to have inconsistent hours. I do definitely share the frustration!

It's because they are understaffed in a pandemic. Plus there is a war going on between Russia and Ukraine so Mr and Miss toco bell not to worried about your morning breakfast
