I've both sold and purchased gear from Echo Audio. They're super nice to deal with. Thank you.

Echo Audio has been amazing, their staff and owner are so very helpful! You can tell they truly care and are very passionate about the hobby/industry. I can't recommend them enough! Recently I decided to refurbish my father's 1970's Marantz 4100. My goal was to bring it back to good standing, add some great speakers, and make it a forever piece in my office space. This unit had not been worked on for 40 plus years. The amplifier had many issues, need quite a bit of work, but they kept listening and solving the issues as we found them. Echo kept me informed along the way, answered many of my questions, and made sure at the end of it I was set up with a quality setup that worked fantastically with my vintage receiver. I'm so happy I was referred to Echo Audio, thanks again! I really appreciate all the help!

My experience with Echo Audio has been totally positive. Had problems with my Pioneer turntable and Echo solved it all. No parts needed replacement rather the turntable needed a tuneup which Echo admirably provided. They are a good honest business whose work delivers quality sound.

Hi Bill, Thanks for your note. Unfortunately, we no longer work on Dual turntables as the cost tends to outweigh the value and we simply can't warranty them. Best of luck! ~ Echo
We are currently closed to the public but are open for outside pick ups and drop offs from 11am to 6pm Tuesday through Saturday. We're also open 24/7 at echohifi.com.
Hi John, If it's a surround sound receiver, unfortunately, we do not work on them. If it's just a stereo receiver we'd be happy to look at it. It's $85 to hit the bench and we ask that we can do work up to $150. If we believe it'll be more than $150 we'll call with an estimate. As of now, we're not taking any service pieces until February as our tech will be on vacation. You might want to get in touch with Audio Specialties or Inner Sound here in town. Hope this helps! Best, Matt.
Hi Robert, I'm sorry but we do not. We carry Kanto bluetooth speakers, you can see them here: http://echohifi.com/details/10806/Kanto_YU4 http://echohifi.com/details/10766/Kanto_YU6 Hope this helps! Best, Matt.
