DO NOT GO HERE, IF YOU HAVE WIDE TIRES!!! Also don’t go here, just because of the rude attitude. I’ve gone to this location for the past 15 years. Never had a issue with my vehicles. But today, apparently my vehicle is too wide now, because of my tires and I’ve gone through for years without issues. When explained, the guy who I assume is the manager? Said “ whoever is letting you through, I need to write them up”. Well you should write up your whole crew, because I’ve had your employees asked, to take pictures of my van. His attitude and tone, says how dare you bring this through this car wash. So if you drive anything remotely geared for off-road. Avoid this place, from reading other reviews. This place won’t let you through, if you have towing equipment and off-road accessories.

Paid for the highest package that includes wheel wash. My entire hood is still dirty and so are the wheels.

Nice for a quick in and out. 10.00 for the basic wash. Little on the high side, but it's a quick in and out with well maintained wash

Vacuum didn't work. I tried to get help from the man working and he could barely be bothered. He came over touched the end and looked at me kindve indicating it was on. I showed him that it wasn't suctioning, he opened the vacuum and said "well the bags empty." When I said I wasnt paying for it to not work and that it couldn't vacuum anything out of the car he walked away without a word. He proceeded to help the next few customers, I was about to drive away when he brought $2 And handed them to me without a word. Washman on MLK is my favorite place. I will never come back here. Horribly rude customer service and broken equipment.
