I've had a unit here for 3 years. I've never had any issues. They follow covid-19 guidelines and mask mandate. Clean well lit wide hallways for easy transport of bulky items as well as carts available to help move large or heavy things.

Did not have a good experience here. It was moving day, the system for whatever reason wouldn't take my debit card so I was directed to another location 3 miles away. Thankfully I was able to secure my rental with my debit card and the rest of the day went well.
