Both are very good. Nibiru is more challenging.
We did Secrets of Nibiru, and it was super fun.
Assassin's Deadly Game is best with a group size of 4-8 players and is geared more towards the beginner level, though insanely fun for experienced players too. The Secrets of Nibiru is for larger groups 6-10 who have a few games under their belts. It can be done by new players, but it is definitely built for experienced players.
Niburu was the room we did. Really fun and creative.
