Outside Yes. It will cost you to get into the home. The gift shop building is free. The exterior landscape and view is free.
Yes Derek is correct I concur. The exterior is beautiful see all of the Mansions landscape and you get to see a lot of Portland from up on high and it's a great view for Mount Hood the views worth the visit.
