The guys did a great job. Allowed me browse the inventory on my own and was quick to answer my questions. Was able to work me up a Speed Queen washer dryer set at a great value. They where more than happy to stay an extra few minutes to get the deal done and get me loaded up. First of all, not one of the three employees acknowledged me, my husband, or our son while we wandered looking for a freezer. Nor did they make eye contact. Also not one employee or customer had a mask on. Zero masks and zero care about customers. We’ll spend our money elsewhere.

Excellent service and product offerings. Nick was very helpful and was able to get our fridge delivered in just two days from purchase. I would totally recommend. In fact, local is the best route if you are in need of appliances right away. This company has in-house stock, drivers, and their own delivery trucks. It was nice not having to deal with the store, manufacturer, and shipper which is common for large stores who sell products they dont have and know are on month-long backorder. We had that experience from Best Buy. In this appliance shortage, I would recommend going with smaller local companies who handle logistics in-house. Basco offers new, dented/dinged new, and used. There's truly something for every budget and need. Basco Outlet was a total plus, in all aspects! Thanks Nick!
