I've used them about a dozen times. Frankly I don't go anywhere else anymore. I needed a part for my LG french door fridge. (Kenmore) . They found me one in Texas, and had it shipped to me. Great service. Just remember to bring the mdl no. and any other important numbers. If you have the numbers they'll find the part your looking for.

I am disappointed. One star not because they didn't have my part, but because they made no effort to find it or help me find it. You know they gave me the 'we will put as little effort into this as we can' job. Do not bother going to them. Just buy it off the internet. I was expecting a bit of expertise and it way out of the way - in a difficult to find location. I guess I was thinking of the type of service you get at an auto parts store. But this was less.

Since SY EF indicates an evaporator fan circuit failure and you've already replaced the evaporator fan motor, check wiring between evaporator fan and control board.

Reliable Parts claims to be the house of a million parts. If they don't have it in PDX then their corporate HQ (Chicago?) woukd. I've dealt with the PDX location twice for purchases and one return. VERY HELPFUL and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about all appliances. Plus they have all of the gidgets & gadgets tool wise that make the removal/install of purchased items more efficient and easy to accomplish.
