You can, though important to note: the BC gov just implemented a new $575 fine for anyone travelling outside their health region for non-essential travel. If you don't reside in the Fraser Health or Coastal Health region you could get hit with a fine.
No problems today. People are spread out nicely in their respective groups. Parking can be tough on the weekends.
Just came from Europe and I am in quarantine; I can say that people there meet up, they go out and meet friends and enjoy life, But....În certain cities everyone is wearing mask on the streets, curfew after 10pm to limit gatherings, their diet is different, less sugar in the diet when compared to America, and that makes stronger immune system, less chemicals and fear of germs, and that helps training the immune system. The short answer is that you follow the guidelines and postpone any gatherings outside your family bubble. The officials here are not trying to limit people's freedoms, they are just too new to know everything about ways to stop this virus and are doing their best by setting up some rules that might not please everyone. I would not use that Park except going out with the household members
