I've been a customer for many years. Now that the borders have eased up on reentry restrictions I finally went to claim my parcels. I go there and I'm told my parcels have been thrown away because i didn't contact them. The last email i received was on Oct 13th 2021 titled Important Updates. The email stated "Starting November 1st all packages that have been here for more than 60 days prior to November 1st will be accruing $1.00 per package per month until the border opens." that would tell me my packages are being stored and I'm being charged for the storage which I was ok with. No reason to call them. Well 6 months later they tell me I missed another email (no emails were sent, as I get all of their email updates) saying they will throw out packages if we haven't contacted them. There was no email that said this and if there was it's in direct contradiction to the email on Oct 13 2021. I have not received any explanation which is BS. I had 11 packages "stored" with them and now they're gone!!!

Great friendly service and staff! After 2 years of not being able to get my packages due to covid , when I finally was able to collect all 50+ parcels all of them were in great shape and not 1 was damaged.
