Not happy, they emailed me to confirm my tracking info at 1259 pm on Saturday, then they close at 2 pm. I emailed them back at 115 pm to confirm my tracking info, waited for locker code for 45 minutes, didn't get it, its Sunday and now they are closed, I now have to wait another day for them to give me locker code. I've used 5D Packages for years, because they are closed on weekends I switched, it's more expensive at 24/7, $3.50/package verses $2 at 5D. If a parcel was delivered in with my name and acct #, why would I have to verify my tracking information, makes no sense whatsoever. A locker code should be automatic assuming the parcel has your name and acct # on it. Too long of process to pickup a parcel. Planned yesterday and today, hoping to cross the border to pick parcel, now hopefully tomorrow, not acceptable. These people need to know that majority of their customers are crossing the border to pick up parcels, especially on the weekends.

Just signed up so that I'll be able to cross from Canada to pick up the occasional package. Sign up was fast and easy and I am really impressed with the 24 hour locker setup. Thank you!

I have been a customer here since they first posted their opening soon signs. I use no other package receiver any more, and they have gotten a lot of business from me over the years. The locker system is great, so you don't have to go during business hours and you can have a designated person pick up for you. Their employees are small town kind of friendly and helpful too. I felt so bad for them after a rough year and a half. Just spoke to them about my package situation and Jordan was wonderful - really top notch service.

Firstly, this parcel pick up works so well with the automated system and using a code to pick up packages. I've picked up about 6-7 parcels so far and saved so much on shipping. Never once had an issue with them! Secondly, their customer service is also extremely prompt and responsive through e-mail and phone. I had a lost package where the seller forgot to include my CID # in the address but 24/7 parcel quickly helped me to retrieve the package through the tracking number. Outstanding service!

Line 2 of the address works perfect, but as long as it is in the address somewhere it can be sorted
They will accept packages that require a signature. Your family member will need to be registered on the account to pick them up from 24/7

Oversized shipments are okay but sometimes there is an extra fee. Best to call or email them and ask
