They tried to scam me too. I canceled my TV service 2 days before the new billing cycle. They took my equipment and said they were having computer issues and would cancel it when they could later that day.. Sure enough i called the next day and it was not canceled. they were trying to bill me for the next month . But i was on to them and got it canceled over the phone before they could charge me..,,I will now cancel my internet with them because of this and get away from crooked Spectrum.

Store hours inaccurate. Google shows Sunday hours and notes it was confirmed a week ago. I drove to store and they were closed with a note on door about temporary hours. How was it confirmed just a week earlier?

Does not deserve even one star at all. Worst customer service ever. I cancelled service on May 26,2022, day after the billing cycle started and was charged for a full month service. No one is willing to help . Supervisor states the law requires a full month charge. Thelast was dates May 28, one day after I dropped equipment off at UPS. This company is taking advantage of consumers we need a class action lawsuit against this company.

Yes. Has great service in the downtown area. Has good deals for students also.
the best company to go to with packages that can/will be honored if you call customer service they will work with you
Not sure...but I don't see why not .. all spectrum they are very nice and helpful
Not sure what they have right now. Changes monthly. Be warned after the special runs it's course your bill will go up dramatically
Everything with spectrum
You pay a month ahead. So your first month you'll pay upon opening the account. Whether it is a self activation or professional-at-home installation determines the amount of the activation/installation fee. They are reasonable and there aren't any data caps on their internet use, unlike some other companies.
Georgetown just made the switch today. You can no longer plug your TV straight into a cable outlet. Not sure on pricing but I know offers of 2 hd boxes free for a year has been offered.
I'm not sure the question but if it's "Can you take in hardware?" Then there answer is yes if recommend you have dinner time in your hands because there is usually a small wait unless just turning in. #Believeit8671
