We lived across town before and our favorite Mexican restaurant I felt couldn't be beat. Now on the East Side of town we have discovered Bronco's. It is often busy as it is a good place to eat. It's not often we have to wait, but that doesn't mean it's not busy. Start with the chips which you always eat too much of of. The mild salsa a bit tomatoey for my taste, the hot a nice flavorful burn. I always get the hot. The menu suffers from a fault of many Mexican restaurants. There are so many items it's hard to choose. Another is so many of them seem to be nearly the same item. A few of my favorites have smothered white cheese, some even if it's not an ingredient on the menu. I always ask and make sure it's on the side. Lest we forget, the staff always attentive and pleasant. If we eat Mexican, it's the only place in town that we go.
