Their website won’t work. They won’t pick up. I have evidence stating they would keep packages safe for the pandemic. If I don’t hear back soon I will be creating a class action lawsuit and I will update this review with a number to reach me if your packages have been thrown away or damaged as well so you can claim damages. I hope they kept everything in good faith and not abandoned ship when we took care and supported this local business.

I have used ATBM for about three years and never had any major problems. At the start of this lockdown I was able to get a package that arrived the day the border closed put into a locker so I could have a friend who cross for work bring it back. However now I have received another package and I cannot get a hold of anyone at ATBM. I tried email, calling, leaving a voicemail and haven’t heard back. Not sure what is going on. Hopefully I hear back from them soon so I can update this review

We've had our PO BOX with them for close to two years! And we just love the staff. They are SUPER helpful and friendly. Any problem there was they've always been on top to fix. And let me tell you we've only had one small problem and the owner and staff took the time to listen and help. I would HIGHLY recommend them over any other mail box location in the Blaine area.

I came here after leaving my previous mailbox, which not only had service waning over the years and only accepted cash but also had a huge theft in several thousand dollars worth of customer packages (they also had no security cameras, so no arrests could be made according to the investigating officer), and I must say that I have never been happier with this new box. This place takes credit card, which is already a huge step up from my previous mailbox. Positives: +takes credit card! +public restroom +amazing customer service and very polite and kind staff +their sorting is super quick (my old mailbox would take at least 1-2 days before a package was ready for pick up) +quick email responses from the staff +literally right across the border, super duper close +package punch card is a great deal if you use their service a lot, which I do +great weekly hours, even if they're closed on sundays In short, I've only been using ATBM for a couple months now, but I am already loving them. Their service and staff are amazing.
