My boyfriend lives in Vancouver and I am in the US. If we plan to meet now, will he have to stand on the other end of the road and not enter the park? Or can he enter the park? Any inputs appreciated.

Yes I agree just as long he has his passport then he would be able to visit you in the park..

He needs his passport when he is returning from the park

You can meet in the park have a picnic. Parking is $10 per day. Well worth it for the mantinance to a beautiful park and you get to be with your loved one for a day. The park ranger and border agents are very friendly and can answer any of your questions.

As long as he has his passport, he can enter the park on the US side. My girlfriend brought a tent over from Canada and we spent the whole day in our little area. She showed her passport to RCMP after crossing back and that easy. Just remember that Canadians must stay in the park. Please read the other comments on here as well for pertinent information. Have fun!😁
