Yes, Washington side only. Canadians must have their passport to cross at the road that bumps up against the park due to the people living there being jerks. But it's $10/day or $30/year for parking on the US side. Canadians must park somewhere on the roads near by and walk. The Canadian half of the park is still not open.

If the park is closed, they'll post at the entry... at least from the American side. And yes, $10... per day. There are two options to pay, cash in envelope with vehicle license plate number, or credit card and leave receipt on dash. Oh, the annual pass is $30, which is $20 less than $10/day for the 5 days I visited.
