Yes! A majority of the trails are paved and there is no incline.

Both yes and no, it honestly depends on the handicap level. A majority of the paths are gravel, if a person confined to an automatic wheel chair were to go i believe they would be fine on a majority of the paths and most certainly on the viewing spots that are smooth concrete. There are accessible areas that dont require path travel at this refuge (within the parking lot area). There are very light grade changes (incline/declines) but nothing major at all along the paths.

Somewhat. The areas near the parking lot are paved, but the longer trails are gravel and fairly flat.
