Pulled over, haven't been pulled over in nearly 7 years, get a ticket because I have prior traffic violations from 7 years ago, instead of a warning. Literally what the officer said. Will just pay the ticket to avoid the hassle of the court system. Also seen there officers doing the exact same thing so ironic for them to complain.

Let me just talk about officer pierce for a minute. He calls me on the phone to tell me that I stole a hamster to watch I have no idea about. Tells me if it’s not back in 1 hour that he will come to my house and place me if cuffs and charge me with breaking and entering along with theft. I just got off of work and this is what I have to put up with how does he even have my number worst police officer I have ever seen / spoken too. I do not feel safe even being near pierce!!

The police station, or any DMV.
Searching for a subject suspected of removing license plates, and driving a stolen vehicle.
If this is a friend of yours, ask them for the dog in person. Be kind and understanding. If you talk with them in person and they will not release your dog; take the vet bills, dog license, and birth or adoption record to a local attorney who works within washington county and the attorney can assist you in filing a claim to get your dog back. Remember, never ever talk to the cops. Always lawyer-up!
