Melody Flannery is awful. I truly hope she loses all licensing to practice one day. And if you read the reviews, it sounds like she's been pretty nasty with others. In addition, one Google search of her name brought up way more information than I think this clinic would want it's patients to know.

This place was bad before covid and now I’d rather go to a rest stop. Like most things in the Portland area these days, the care you get depends on how many jabs you have. If you have none, well…. Expect a swift assessment (hardly), bing bang bong and out the door. Didn’t even get discharge paperwork or told what my vitals were. Got a good chuckle out of this sign on the door…. Although it should read…”the best patient experience ….if vaccinated.” I sure hope the divisiveness and poor treatment of people come to an end here soon no matter what side of this virus your on. My faith in the medical field is rapidly going away. Update: Just received the MyChart message and there is a laundry list of things they said they did that they didn’t… like check my breathing and lungs, spo2, etc…. Guess they just wrote those down so they could still bill for them. I will be challenging this bill for sure.

This immediate care should be investigated for malpractice asap. Never once have I had even the slightest of a even half decent experience with anyone I have worked with here. In person or over the phone. I have been mistreated, ignored, forgotten about and had care refused on more than one occasion, even after a serious car accident they did not do an exam. I’ve been given incorrect X-rays, one time they thought THEY LOST ME! I had left because I had discharge paperwork thrown at me and the door slammed. Apparently I wasn’t supposed to leave yet according to them when I family member called in to file a complaint on my behalf. Disgusting they still get to practice medicine at this place.

Went in today with symptoms of a UTI. I can’t remember her name, but the intake nurse took my vitals, asked my symptoms. Then asked me about if I have a history of anxiety/depression. Proceeded to tell me that she thinks I’m just having an “episode.” Dr. Flannery was wonderful. Found that I did indeed have a UTI, explained to me my test results in detail. Got me proper treatment. Everything was wonderful except for my intake nurse. Would rate higher if not for my experience with her.
