We had such a good experience here! Sam's has great customer service, made even better if you go without being in a rush, so you can really hear all the information you can about your new grill. He made sure to send us off with enough knowledge to make a fabulous dinner on our new Yoder not even 24 hours after we got home. It's a great place to go to feel like you're getting a real person with real experience! There's a plentiful selection of wood pellets and accessories to choose from, too. His experience with the brands he's selling shines through, and we would gladly return again!

Yes, you.can buy them in the box or assembled as I recall.
Masks inside and observe the social distance. There is plenty of room to wander around and stay distanced.
No returns on Rub/Sauces and all fuels that we offer, whether that be pellets or cooking woods. We want to ensure our customers that they are purchasing brand new items that we've simply held since receiving from the manufacturer. For BBQ tools, supplies & grills our policy is that only unused, unopened, and items that are still in the original sealed packaging will be accepted for a return with a possible restocking fee. A receipt for the purchase is required and this is limited to 30 days. We only do business with strong manufactures who value customer support, so any used grill that has a defective issue will be covered and taken care of from the manufacturer of that product. There is no return for a "buyers remorse" situation. We are always willing to get involved w/the manufacturer on behalf of the customer if the customer will allow us to. We will not engage with customers who use foul language or act in a threatening manner whether it be on the phone or in person. Sam
