I'm posting this review to thank the great staff at LV Electronics for the excellent service they gave during my recent purchase. I'd picked up a used IMac, which they graciously supplied with a new original Apple keyboard and magic mouse during the original purchase. A couple of weeks later, the machine developed a glitch which erased the startup disk and I did not have the password to unlock the machine. They accepted the machine for service (with a speedy turnaround to boot!). Upon examination the computer was not unlockable. Instead of dumping it in my lap with no warranty as so many businesses might do to cut their losses over a used machine, the staff generously went out of their way to satisfy my needs and even replaced the IMac with a comparable model & even better machine with double the RAM, 16 GB, with no questions asked! The replacement is working perfectly. Thanks to the expert staff for their great service. It's good to know that good customer service hasn't gone away. Shop at LV Electronics and you'll be very happy - great service, great products, great prices. I'll be back! William Douglass
